These terms govern your use of OrbitAgent during its early access phase. By using OrbitAgent, you agree to the following:
Experimental service
- OrbitAgent is an experimental project provided "as is."
- There are no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or continued service.
User responsibility
- You are responsible for the content you submit as "memories."
- You agree not to share sensitive, confidential, or harmful information.
- By continuing to use the service, you consent to OrbitAgent storing and processing your memories for the purpose of providing the service.
Data handling
- OrbitAgent stores the messages ("memories") you provide.
- You can request deletion of your memories at any time by emailing hello@orbitagent.ai.
Liability
- OrbitAgent is provided without warranties.
- The creator(s) of OrbitAgent are not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from use of the service.
Changes
- These terms may be updated as the project develops. We will notify users of significant changes.
