Privacy Policy (OrbitAgent – Early Access)

OrbitAgent is an experimental project currently in early testing. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Email address – when you sign up on orbitagent.ai.
- Phone number
- User-generated content ("memories") – messages you send to OrbitAgent (e.g. through WhatsApp or the website).
How we use your data
- To provide OrbitAgent's core functionality (storing and retrieving your memories).
- To improve and develop the service.
- To send you updates related to OrbitAgent (if you subscribed by email).
What we do not collect intentionally
- We do not ask for sensitive personal information (such as health, financial, or identification data).
- Since OrbitAgent allows free text, you may still share such information. We strongly advise against it during this early testing phase.
Data storage
- Emails and memories are stored using third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, cloud storage).
- We take reasonable steps to secure your data, but OrbitAgent is still experimental and cannot guarantee enterprise-grade protection.
Sharing
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- Data may be processed by trusted service providers we rely on to operate the service.
Your rights
- You can request deletion of your memories and personal data at any time by emailing hello@orbitagent.ai.
- You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
- Under EU law (GDPR), you also have the right to access and correct your data.
